Our aim is to reduce the duplicate data entry while increasing your productivity. You focus on your "Sales".  Let us handle your technical issue by syncing your Customers, Contacts, Categories, Products, Inventory Status, Sales Order and Sales Invoice into frontaccounting.

a) CRE-Loaded FrontAccounting Integration
This release is an improvement from the initial version OsCommerce FrontAccounting Integration module. This module is using  batch process only. The data synchronization features remain the same that covers Customers, Contacts, Categories, Products, Stock Status, Sales Order and Sales Invoices. The Sales Order enter in CRE-Loaded will be automatically sync into frontaccounting.

For Inventory Status like Stock Price and Quantity will be automatically sync from FrontAccounting into CRE-Loaded. No more Import/Export need to be done...It's all automatic process. The only requirements is you need to enter your Purchase Order in FrontAccounting. The items you received with the selling price and quantity will be sync to CRE-Loaded.

Our solutions provide automatically sync data between the 2 system. It solve the problems for manually process:

1) No Import/Export need to be done. It's automatically synced.
2) No more copy & paste your customer, contact, categories, products, orders & etc from creloaded to frontaccounting.
3) No duplicate data entry. The data sync suites will automatically map the data and perform insert/update data into frontaccounting.

This plugin have divided into 2 section:

1-ways synchronization from CRE-Loaded to FrontAccounting for the action below:
a) Customers.
b) Contacts
c) Categories
d) Products
e) Sales Order/Invoice

1-ways synchronization from FrontAccounting to CRE-Loaded for the action below:
a) Stock Status (price, quantity)

New features Added to the CRE-Loaded FrontAccounting Data Sync Suites:
  - Support for Product Attribute like
      - Color: Red, Blue, Black.
      - Size: Large, Medium, Small

FrontAccounting Mobile Edition, you are now able to view the status for Customers, Contacts, Suppliers, Products, Stock Status, Sales Order and Sales Invoices. It provide a conveniences for you to check your status using your Smartphone. Our solutions are based on jquery mobile which is html5 compatible.

Multi-Currency Support - customers can checkout in any currency and it will automatically converted into Home Currency in FrontAccounting.

CRE-Loaded Data Sync Suites Setting
1. Goto Configuration -> Data Sync Suites
2. Configure FrontAccounting Data Sync Suites module, and click edit to configure.
 2.1) Status:    Enabled or Disabled
 2.2) Is Debugging Mode: Yes or No
 2.3) Auto Assigned Users: Yes or No
 2.4) FrontAccounting URL: http://www.yourdomain.com/frontaccounting/modules/ws/webservice.php
 2.5) Company Index: 0,1,2,3 - 50
 2.6) User ID: Your FrontAccounting Login ID
 2.7) Password: Your FrontAccounting Password
 2.8) Sync SalesOrder/Invoice when status is: Cancel, Pending, Complete, Processed, Processing etc
 2.9) Sync Delivered/Completed status: Cancel, Pending, Complete, Processed, Processing etc


  NOTE: The Sync Status for SalesOrder, Invoice and Delivered is depending on CRE-Loaded Configuration setting. Please Goto Configuration -> Localization -> Orders Status
